We watched this about 16 minutes after the upload. Love the dipping sauce, and the technique for the grown-up fries, but I have to tell you that Dawn was most impressed by your poached eggs. Now, I learned years ago from Joel Salatin, that the quality of the egg (not all eggs being equal) is a tremendous factor in poached eggs. Thus, a hen that eats what God designed her to eat, produces an egg that not only is much more dense in nutrients, but also holds together better when being cooked, particularly when poached. The rich color of the eggs you use is also a great indication of their quality. Keep up the great work!

@@zarabees2123 I'd say before baking for both fresh and dried dill, cause you wanna crisp up the fresh dill with the potatoes, and the dried dill needs some humidity and heat to wake up and be fragrant

You have the answer in your comment why there is no mystery anymore. - I have only one channel which is Essen Recipes, there are hundreds faceless cooking channels and they are multiplying constantly, every month. There is someone teaching how to run cooking faceless channels on KZbin. Some channels use same music, same or similar outfits, use same or similar jewelry, cookware, they copy my style, movements, my personality. Naming the channels similar where you can see the word - “Essen”. And people are easily fooled, thinking it’s my other/others channels. Because no one would have thought people are capable to do this dirty things - just stealing with what I have which took me 4 years. That’s the main thing my channel has a face now. That’s what can keep me authentic from all these faceless copycat channels. Even you think I have other channels.
