Gail is a great teacher and I very much appreciate this workout and the brevity of it. It would be so wonderful if the music didn't clash with the peaceful therapeutic vibe but instead enhanced it. It sounds like someone is listening to the radio in the background, bad quality. Music is SO important! Music without lyrics would be great (please), and let it stand out a bit more to lift the healing vibe, to help people relax into the greatness of this otherwise well-conceived workout.

Good overall. Sometimes the camera angle made it a bit difficult to follow the movements/steps. Also, seemed just a tad faster than the way Miranda does it. Us older folks are slower, lol.😏

I like the class but wish the camera was focused on the front so I could see on the movements correctly rather than guessing when the camera was to the side of gail

I have been following MEW for years. I love MEW's program. I own many seasons and individual DVDs. On vacation I tried this youtube waist exercise. The exercises were good, however the filming of it was sub par. Instead of focusing on Gail head on, the videographer kept shooting from the side. It was hard to see the moves and exactly what to do. Very disappointing
