The bosses of this game were all fantastic to me, even the more simple designed ones I only have one complaint about Bowser, Glohm Bowser and Zokket...and that's the music. Why didn't they have a unique boss theme for them? The lighthouses boss battle theme doesn't fit the atmosphere at all for both Zokket and Glohm Bowser. It's way too happy for the situation the bros were in

2:00 the actual hard part about Great Conductor is specifically BP requirement which's unique for the series, as the bros are required to have enough BP to excellent all of their bros attacks not only during the forced excellent bros attacks after finding the real brother, but also in the final phase before Great Conductor's countdown reaches 0. the Cups, specifically the Jump Dodge counter, is legit one of the few "Jump traps" in brothership, where if you jump on a cup, the next one will hit you due to the big endlag from jumping on an enemy 8:50 Bowser while deff fun is also the most Jank boss in this game for 2 reasons: 1. his fire breath hitbox during the solo attack series hits way before the animation actually reaches, so you gotta jump right when his mouth opens. 2. the minion attack is surprisingly, rng(on whether he uses it and, on what minions in which lane show up) after the scripted moments. the worst part of this is if there's a deliberately slow Spiny(no seriously why're these so slow-) and a Bob-omb in the Same lane, which can happen, it seems almost unavoidable without jumping pixels away from the spiny touching the bro to dodge both. 12:50 weeping core, in a complete no gear(includes no run down boots and no run down hammer, Jump/Hammer only run, I can confirm this actually is difficult despite how simple it is. primarily because of its cackletta soul arm swing/Elder princess Shroob leg sweep hybrid attack. there's a very set pattern to this rotating spike attack, which's easy to memorize but, it is also very easy to get hit by this attack when it goes slow. even when you've memorized exactly when it goes slow (either the 2nd or 3rd rotation, its consistently the 3rd normally, but its when it does it 2nd that you're likely to get hit), its extremely likely a bro will get hit and tripped. you're also forced to Jump on it in a Jump/Hammer only, which in this game, spiked enemies can kill a bro at 1 hp, but I can confirm its not impossible to beat this way. aside from the one tricky Spike-spin attack, its deff otherwise easy. the roll-out attacks the main source of damage, as the way weeping core works, is it wants you to focus more on surviving and counterattacking its roll-out attack to win. when you're purposefully not using the tools like bros attacks or best gear for example, this's a lot more evident 14:50 Glohm Bowser's a mechanically interesting boss, esp w/Dot, and also has a hidden mechanic. this's legit the one fight in the game where Luigi Logic affects the difficulty of the fight, which's the hidden mechanic. if used the 2nd time, Glohm Bowser will enrage, making everything faster+unlocks his moving fire breath. if you don't use it the 2nd time, glohm bowser will never enrage, and the shy guy airships will provide additional damage.

Something I like about zokket is when he controls a bro, you can choose to wipe them immediately to unglohm them at the cost of a 1up. The variety in how you can approach these fights is so nice

Besides, the game’s already big and long enough as is and people were already complaining about how long the game is already, adding more long bosses will only make people’s problems with the game’s long length even worse.

Pipe gunk was probably my least favorite due to how tanky he can be just pro longing the fight, my favorite early game fight is Gorumbla he was a great first fight, my least favorite Luigi logic is in the mega snaptor (too complex but not that fun to pull) my favorite Luigi logic has to go to the glohm bowser , and finally my favorite boss overall has to go to Sharpcask due to being balance but still engaging with the fight. Keep in mind some of these were based on the refights based on how fun I found them even with the harder variants due to them just adding Glohm and better stats to them more than anything.

I did not hear you just say base pipegunk is the hardest one. The whole point of the fight it keeping him in his base form bc you do more damage and he does less. The others ones are the opposite. So your trying to do as much damage as possible while he's in his base. Either way his base was definitely the easiest

Tbh i enjoyed every one of these bosses. I guess mega snaptor was more copy paste yes, however, i thought for the most part the bosses were really dynamic and fun and even challenging at times so i forgive them for less so than past games. I really liked that they gave them phases too. My only real gripe with the bosses was boss music as some could have used different ones however again, this has been a issue in some past games as well.
