Just wanted to say I’m very happy your channel was suggested to me❤ It was my turn yesterday to host the dinner party for the board members at our hospital, & I used 3 of your recipes. I made your scalloped potatoes, Mac & cheese, & collard greens. I made southern fried chicken, meat loaf, cornbread, & served sweet ice tea decorated up with fresh lemons. It was such a hit! OMG there was no leftovers, 3 of the wives messaged me this morning requesting the recipes lol. I told them about your KZbin channel so they could come check your recipes out. I was a little nervous, I hadn’t got to try any of your recipes out yet, so I went on a wing & a prayer & I’m so glad I picked the 3 that I did bc they were absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait to try some more. Thank you for helping me to leave a lasting impression on especially the CEO of our hospital 😂❤❤❤

@@CamirrasKitchen Aman on that raise 🤣🤣I’m so excited to try more of your recipes, one thing that interested me so much when I started checking out your videos, is I love that you’re very big on using fresh herbs! I have a really nice herb garden of my own, I grow most of my own stuff, veggies too! Nursing has always been my first love lol, but cooking has always came in a close second ♥️ God bless & I’m excited to try more & more of your recipes 🙏🙏♥️♥️

Another great looking meal! Thanks for another awesome recipe! My favorite meal that my moms made is Salmon Croquettes, Spaghetti w/ Ground beef, Italian sausage and mushrooms, coleslaw w/ raisins and garlic knots. I'm from Chicago, so this is a meal that we're kinda known for 😁. 🕊️🙏🏾Miss you momma🙏🏾🕊️

Salmon croquettes, I can make them but they never taste the way my mom's did. Also stewed potatoes - my grandfather used to make them and they were amazing! Oh, and cornbread stuffing, my auntie makes the BEST dressing and the best cinnamon apple pie. My grandmother used to make butter yeast rolls from scratch and I haven't had anything even close to the taste of them and she passed away when I was seven! 🤤

Wheeew chile good eating!! Sidenote, I did your recipe for prime rib and that oven has never been the same. Blessing sis!!!

It's like a mild onion. When you saute them like Miss Camirra is doing here, they become almost creamy. They are nice, but no lie, they have turned expensive. I live in Canada...not the right zone for growing them.

One thing nobody can make like my mom is cornbread dressing. She made cornbread dressing, turkey leg dinner and the neighborhood kids would beg her for plates to take home. I love scallop potatoes. I use the box, and mix the au gratin and scallop and usually add a bit of cheese. Never had them with leeks. Never tried leeks, tbh..But it looks good,

Everything homemade, fresh grown herbs & garden veggies. Her Beef Stew with Buttermilk Buiscuits(wooden bowl/hand made) & some sliced tomatoes, Yum! And lets not forget her to die for Desserts & Jams(Preserves). Oh boy, drolling just talking about it all. I love your videos & alot of your cooking style reminds me of what I grew up with. Hello, I don't wish to sound critical - rather - Helpful. Unless you have a separate reason to do so, your oven racks are actually in backwards. You see that up-raised NOTCH along the rack's sides, about 6 - 7" in from the front corner/edge? It is put there to 'catch' on the shaped tracks in the oven - to keep the rack from being pulled-out-too-quickly, dumping the extremely hot foods. I hope you can adapt this....
