Hello everyone in this video we are showing you exercise & diet suitable for 15 to 20 years age group for where proper growth and they can develop their strength, also in this age group if you do proper diet and exercise this will helps to increase your height and strength and generally there is a myth that if you go to the gym that will prevent your height it is wrong if you want to develop your muscles, strength and height, we are giving you the example in this video.
Hola a todos en este video, les mostramos ejercicio y dieta adecuados para grupos de 15 a 20 años para un crecimiento adecuado y pueden desarrollar su fuerza, también en este grupo de edad si hace una dieta adecuada y el ejercicio esto ayudará a aumentar su altura y la fuerza y, en general, existe el mito de que si vas al gimnasio que evitará tu altura, es incorrecto si quieres desarrollar tu músculo, fuerza y altura, te estamos dando el ejemplo en este video.

3:58 why take that dumbbell that high because the higher you take the lower the tension in the muscles and increased friction in the the shoulder joint . So teach them to take them to 90 degree or little bit above it then bring down . There is no need to take that dumbell that high for shoulder stimulation and muscle growth ..

@@akshaysharma1598 upright rows are one the worst excercise for shoulder joint whatever the grip is . It is not done vertically but in a complete different plane so that there is no compromise of the shoulder joint , tendons and ligaments

It's good tips but you better DON'T DO SQUATS UNTIL YOU ARE 21. Squat at early ages is terrible for knees.

Guruji i am from bangalore I have been training from 3 years and i have muscle shape but fact is i am only able to deadlift 90 kg max....and squat 65kg for 5reps......I HAVE MUSCLE SHAPE BUT LIKE THOSE GUYS IN THIS VIDEO WHO DEADLIFT 170KG.....HOW to get IMPROVE POWER OR STRENGTH

I am from westbengal , I can do 140 kg deadlift and 80 kg squat. I can do a lot more but we dont have belts and squat rack, and proper diet . we are not able to borrow these, so we are unable to to improve ourselvs....we want to improve...please tell us who can help us to borow thease things....
