This channel deserves 1 million subscribers....bhupender dhawan sir is legit and his track record of preparing some of India's best bodybuilders proves it....the techniques he shows and the knowledge he provides in his videos are great and that's what matters the most....the content...this channel has great content about bodybuilding....so when I see a lot of people trolling him for his counting and the not so great editing/quality of this video,I want to ask them do these things even matter....watch these videos for the great training tips

That is true, when he counts quicker, he is basically wrapping the set up, so he finished it at 8... Quick succession of 9/10 means it is over..

Sir when I do barbells curls with my stomach veins gets stretched n I face very indifferent type of stretch in my stomach. I use 20kgs weight for the barbells. Also I have acute pain in my right shoulder. I do my bicep n hammer dumbbells exercises with 11kgs weight of one dumbbell. Pls sir need your advise.
