Akka,u r an inspiration to me.i did the yoga and never sleep in the afternoon, I drank 6 times 500 ml.i walk 10,000 steps in evening.i also added the chole ting workout.i have fats,no abs yet but I can feel the workout.i finally lost some 1 plus kg.its a motivation to see weight loss
