I am one of those that get bored easily and keep wondering off, but I keep coming back to this!! I have learnt my lesson now and will stick with this. At 77 it is doable and also brings results. Thank you Lucy ❤️

@@akankshaupadhyay9746 yes it does but as some of us like me don't go to gym and do other intense workouts so apart from this we should also prefer doing several workouts which can make a 45 minutes session according to which suits our body I think so

I am a fairly fit woman who jogs three times a week and does Lucy's videos on a regular basis. BUT this was HARD and two days later I was still sore. So next time I do the video I will do just two reps instead of three and see how that goes :)

This video is from 16.december and your comments are 3 weeks old. So it means 10kg in about 2-3 weeks. Sounds kinda unhealthy to me :D I have doing it (not daily), I love this workout video, but I haven't lost any weight. Though I feel better than before :)

Lucy Happy New Year❤ I'm currently on day 2 of a 72 hour bone broth fast and this workout is perfect for such a thing. No cardio, barely any sweat and yet super duper challenging. Thank you so much for this.

I like Lucy's work out routine more than the rest of online trainer because hers is not intensive so I can insist to do it daily and it's effective to me. I think finding one for yourself effective but not too hard is important so you can persist daily.

Whew, just did this and i think there are muscles i never challenge that are mad at me right now! I turn on ELO with headphones and use close caption.. not that i don’t enjoy your lovely voice. .but i need music to help me through this one 👍🏻😮😉

I did it and Lord have mercy you are right don't weights my arms were burning and those are weakest part of my body but I found since doing these arms exercise feels stronger since I have tennis elbow. Thanks lucy

The arm exercises are KILLERS so they must be doing me the world of good - and they are! I lost a bit of definition during the first lockdown but I'm re-gaining it thanks to workouts like these. Best workouts on youtube IMHO.

Oh dear I felt so confident after training for some time with your walking workouts and 7 min challenges but this is a whole different league 😓. I would love it if there were some indication of the level of the workouts like a little symbol in the title or something, as there is nothing so dissappointing as starting a workout and having to decide its too much. 😉

Intake (foods) is important. Simple formula, Weight loss = less intake + more calorie burn Keep same Weight = same amount of intake and calorie burn Weight gain = more intake + less workout.
