Exercises to mold legs and glutes at home

Welcome to a new Sports Routine to tone and mold the Bottom Train at Home.
For almost 30 minutes we will combine a series of exercises to work the lower part of the body: glutes, twins, quadriceps, hamstrings ... at a constant and continuous rhythm, without pauses and to the rhythm of the music that will set the rhythm of routine.
Between each of the series we will introduce an aerobic exercise for buttocks and legs in order to release and oxygenate the muscles that we have worked. They are exercises that we can do with or without impact so this routine is suitable for anyone, including those with problems in knees and joints in general.
It is a very dynamic and rhythmic routine where we will make combinations of exercises, working strength and muscular endurance, coordination and balance, involving the maximum number of muscles of the lower area of the body.
