நன்றி சாந்தி மேடம். எனக்கும் கைகளின் மேல் பகுதி சதையாகத் தான் இருக்கிறது. நீங்கள் செய்து காட்டிய பயிற்சிகளை செய்தேன். நன்றாக இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் இரு கைகளையும் கோர்த்து மேலே தூக்கும் போது இரு தோல்பட்டைகளும் மிகவும் வலித்தன. வலி வரும் போது தொடர்ந்து செய்யலாமா அல்லது நிப்பாட்டனுமா?.

In starting, you will face some pain, it’s normal only, you can continue the exercise ma. If the pain persists then avoid that particular exercise ma
