Starting the gym in about 45 minutes and I'm a bit nervous. I will do cardio for 15-20 minutes then hit the weights. I'll increase cardio over the weeks. I will drop back here in 1 year to say how it's gone. God bless

Does building muscle on chest slow a persons speed for boxing and other combat sports etc, does anyone know please. And why is it better to do seated dumbell press for shoulders instead of standing dumbell press etc. Why is it so difficult to get stronger with side/lateral dumbell raises, and it's especially more difficult to raise both dumbell st the same time. Again why is it so difficult to improve get stronger at rear shoulder raises with dumbells. Great video thankyou.
