0:22 how does the back not arch downwards or upwards how do you keep it straight even when moving both limbs outwards? my back would be straight until trying to move both limbs out and then my back ends up curving downwards. it’s why I don’t do bird dogs and plank variations similar to it.

Man that landmine variation is no joke. I usually do the standard landmine one arm with 35-45 lbs for 10 reps each arm. I tried my first time and was humbled very quickly. that explosive ground movement my legs never done before and my god the 2nd day after when the Dom's set in my legs were soooo damn sore in areas I never had before. And I only used a 10.lbs plate. thats now in my daily staple exercise even without weights so I get use to it I wanna get to at least a 45 plate one day.

No disrespect, but these are misplaced exercises. If he's a boxer, he should be doing boxing, not powerlifting, the movements don't transfer over. Powerlifters don't hit harder than boxers. A powerful punch comes from leverage and speed, not brute strength. Id swap out the powerlifting exercises, and supplement them for heavy bag work, and cardio. If you're fighting 3 rounds, train to go 9.

I want to fight you so bad, Phil. This is all BS. It doesn’t make a boxer better. Boxing makes a boxer better. I haven’t trained in many months and I will destroy you in sparring. You’ll get knocked out cold.
