Mark and Pape! Thanks for this series in Senegal!!!! Just a wide range of food here. Love seafood so this was a treat. I really love dinner right on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Never had Monkfish but after this I will try. Saw the red fish which I'm familiar. I think I've tried red snapper. The other fish was equally delicious I'm sure. The shrimp my favorite are so big! The oysters😋, and the snail kabobs plus those wonderful red onions in honey mustard sauce oh wow. Have to have the onions and honey mustard sauce to go over everything.!!! Pape and his family who cooked for you are amazing. His boys now know how to cook for themselves. When it's family owned there's nothing better.

I'm enjoying this series. There aren't a whole lot of videos on KZbin covering the food scene in Senegal. So, I really appreciate this glimpse into the country's food culture. That spot along the ocean at the end with the encroaching sunset and the seafood cooked over open fire. Wow. I could get into that.
