I'm enjoying this series. There aren't a whole lot of videos on KZbin covering the food scene in Senegal. So, I really appreciate this glimpse into the country's food culture. That spot along the ocean at the end with the encroaching sunset and the seafood cooked over open fire. Wow. I could get into that.

@@MarkWiens Hi. Thanks for this documented trip showing incredible recipes from my country of origin, Senegal. Next time you can go to South, specially in Casamance. You will never regret that tour with one stop in Ziguinchor, Cap Skiring or Kafountine. Congratulations again for your humility

Mark I love and appreciate you telling them you’re from Thailand 🇹🇭. That would allow them to relate with you more genuinely than if you had said you were from USA. I have plans to visit The Gambia 🇬🇲 in February! Are you going there from Senegal? Have all the fun I wanna be with you right now right there!
