Good morning… going on 2 years with your workouts. At first it was a physical thing, but at this point it’s a mental health workout. If I’m not strong mentally the rest doesn’t matter. Hub passed away during Covid and it’s really difficult being so alone…. Our morning routine strengthens me and sets me up both head, heart and strong body. Thanking you more than words and strong body… but a stronger heart

Not burning, but my heart rate is moving & I am sweating. Love your workouts. I was doing your workouts while I was working out of state (away from my family for 9 mos. ) It has been 3.5 yrs since I worked out (moved back home after I found a job back home with my family)I currently am doing your 5 minute stretch workout also as part of my own 30day challenge. Thank you so much for this abdominal workout! It was truly fabulous! I appreciate the words of encouragement you incorporated throughout the workout as it helped me realize how amazingly awesome I truly am. I workout regularly however due to a challenging schedule and graduate school (at age 58) I have been remiss in getting my workouts in. I also needed a good standing workout as I have back issues, and many of the workouts on KZbin require some form of floorwork, which is something I cannot do. Again, thank you for an outstanding workout, this going to help me get my little tummy in better shape as well the rest of my body. Please keep up the work you are doing as it clearly is a blessing to so many women over 50.
