to prevent bone shrinking, should be vitain K2 with D - it push calcium to bones instead of artery

you're right about the eyesight getting better. I just got my check up a few weeks ago, and the doctor told me it's improved. My husband has also noticed that since I've been doing these exercises, my skin has been looking smoother. Thanks so much for your channel!

Hi Alison, thank you! here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. Hello, Peta! I've been doing the face aerobics for more than two years, and the results are wonderful. But in the last four months, I haven't been able to do them because I've got an injury in my elbow, that doesn't let me bend my arm well, and when I do it, it hurts. My face is not sagging, but it does not look the same, and I am afraid my elbow injury is going o last for a long time,. So, I was wondering if there is any way to practice some of your facial exercises, or do some of them without using my hands. Thank you!

Hi Peti, so sorry to hear that happened to you. Unfortunately with my program you need to use your hands to isolate the muscles.

Hi Humera I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has designed a program, if we follow the program as Peta tells us we will achieve wonderful results, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

My eyes are getting dark a bit under them and I recall one exercise I've been doing lately that helps . I'm going to try this one as well although it's something like the other one yet not the same great *

Have you had Botox? Your forehead doesn't move. I'm wondering if Botox hinders these exercises.

urm, no, i havent, i wouldnt be able to do the exercises or move any muscles, and as you can see if you watch the video again, that my forehead actually does move 😉

Hi Nilma I am a gym member, and have been with Peta for over 2 years, this exercise is for the hollowing of the eyes, Peta has a program which is a full face routine, if we follow the program as Peta tells us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet site under renew me, also there are devices we use, a younger me facial mask which is an anti-aging LED Light Therapy Mask and the Rejuv, Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

PETA, I’m on series 4, could you tell me on the eye exercise if I should be doing it 100 reps after 2 weeks or do I stick with 50 reps through out the whole 6 weeks. I know sometimes the eyes we don’t do as many reps because the skin is so thin. If anyone else knows the answer to this please help. Thanks

Hello lovely, hope you are doing well over there! For you, as we have discussed previously you need to only do 50 reps and 100 reps for 3 weeks respectively. Always, for you, do them gently around your eye area. Do not use alot of muscle effort.💖
