Thank you for what you do from the USA. I'm 58 and wow my face in the last 6 months my face really has started to change with sagging and wrinkles. This is so depressing. I really don't want to do any surgery and I came across your video and I have started and after just a couple of days I can see a slight improvement :). Thank you :) Bless you!

Thank you for the free videos ..I was a member of the gym. It is amazing due to travel and no WIFI I am not now BUT I will be once I land in a permit dwelling. I will say at first my eye lids seemed to sag more BUT I stuck with it and watched Peta over and over..My eyelids look so much better. I can not wait to rejoin the gym...Love the real fact that Peta is our age LOL (not like others so young they have no idea what father time does YET) Thank you Peta ..we are marvelously and wonderfully made!

Hello, Peta! English is not my native language, but I'm studying it since I was 11 (now over 40). I believe I have a good level of understanding, though I feel something it's not right.. I have the feeling that I don't get your indications. Can you explain in a more practical manner, how should I move the nose? I mean, comparing the moves with something that for us people is familiar. Is it the nose that I should move down, in a squeezing "handsfree" motion ? You say to isolate the muscles. By that you mean to not move them? I don't feel them, so it's difficult to accomplish.. I really want to be able to do it correctly, because my appearance suffered changes. Due to health problems I've lost weight and face fat of course. My face looks awfully tired and that makes me sad and complexed. Please don't ignore my request. Thank you.

Hi peta do these actually work , i never had any lip wrinkles until the menopause at 54 😭 now I have quite a few. I'm now 59 is it to late to start because I've really aged since the menopause . I've looked at quite a few facial exercises on KZbin but always come back to your channel.

Thanks for this. I have a neurological issue that makes my lower jaw and lips twitch, and I’m starting to get lines there because I can’t control the twitching. It’s depressing. PS. Levator = “lee-vay-tor.”

Hi beautiful Peta ! I hope you're well. I sent you a message on Instagram but I think that you didn't see it, so I search an answer for my question ! I'm 28 years old, I look young I don't have a wrinkles yet but I can see the apparition of nasolabial, I think because the gravity take my cheeks down ! So, I'm so confused about the program, I don't know if I should start it, if the program protect the face from wrinkles, or if I should adapt it for my case... I don't wish damage my face no more ! Yes Peta I will follow your routine as it is.. But my question was that my jaw is really thin, how can I make my jaw wider??? Is there is any video regarding this topic???

Aniqa, as I have explained to you before, you cannot change the shape of your skeletal features with facial exercise. It is BONE, you cannot change the shape of your jaw to make it wider if it is not already unless you have surgery

Yes just press down, and your lips will automatically go up once you finished pressing down.

Peta, I have been doing the exercises for a number of years now.....BUT, what I am wondering....Does one have to do the exercises every day. Would it not be better to take a break during the week to give the muscles a rest. Or, once the desired effect is achieved, to cut back on number of days to exercise? I'd really appreciate knowing your opinion. Thanks.

Hi Jayamma I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we cannot change the structure of our faces, like bones, we can make the muscles stronger and firmer so they grow and the skin then stretches over them which softens the wrinkles, we all have areas of concern, keep at the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. Hi 1970 tommo I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over two years, the fingers are just planted for resistance, there is a slight push upward with the fingers, we push the lip downwards, Peta has designed a program, if we follow it as Peta describes, you will achieve wonderful results, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine.
