Love how the stabilizer is now raised ABOVE the tie rod, great work putting out of the way! I've destroyed 2 stabilizers in the stock location already, looking forward to the new Nexus stabilizer and it's safe location. Thanks for the great install video, too!

I noticed on the Spicer Ultimate Dana 44 youtube install video it states you need a loop to pin style steering stabilizer. Will this work on the UD44?

Our stabilizer comes with a new track bar bolt stud combo to replace your track bar bolt. It will work just fine on the Ultimate 44. Be sure to order the correct size for your tie rod diameter.

Can you change the clamp to a bigger size if you upgrade the tie rod later?

You sure can. We currently only offer a 1 3/8 and 1 5/8 diameter.

How important are the torque specs whiling installing this product?

It is very important to follow the recommend torque specs. If a nut is too loose it could come loose destroy the threads and fall off. If a nut is to tight it can cause the stud or bolt to stretch and weaken. We also recommend to check the torque on any new part after a couple hundred miles or after your first off road excursion.

​@@FalconPerformanceShocks I'm really surprised from this answer. The Manufacturer's specs (Jeep) for the Track Bar bolts calls for 125 Ft Lbs. How does your specs of 80 Ft Lbs (or 90 Ft Lbs as you advise on the phone) for the same connection is going to work? If your bolt is weaker than the OEM then use a stronger bolt instead of advising a much lower torque spec than needed just to protect the bolt... !!! Track Bar mounting points need to be tight and per manufacturer's specs otherwise you are going to be in trouble in no time as this mounting point is notorious for causing issues from steering problems to clunking noises. Steering torque specs are a big safety requirement and you can not mess with that.

@@teonigil Double check our quickstart guide for installation of the Nexus. The provided trackbar stud is used in place of the track bar bolt and Torque to 220 ft. lbs. Then Install the Nexus EF Stabilizer eyelet onto the stud using the provided nut and Torque to 90 ft. lbs.

@@FalconPerformanceShocks I think he's referring to the older model (pictured in this video) that has the stud built in to the stabilizer. I too am in the process of installing one and would like to know the correct torque spec as the installation video only called for 80ft lbs. The newer model to which you're referring to calls for you to install the stud, torque it to 220 ft lbs, attach the stabilizer, then install the nut at 90 ft lbs. Again, the older model has the stud built in to the stabilizer and only uses 1 nut to attach. I can't find a PDF with installation instructions of the older model. Please clarify, thank you.

@@FalconPerformanceShocks I have no eyelet. My Nexus has a bolt permanently connected to the shock just like the one in THIS video. Can I still torque it to Jeep specs?

Hardest part was removing the old bracket...everything else was easy lemon sqeezey.
