@@maliksaqib004 I think you don't understand. We can build muscle and loose fat with just a little calorie deficit. All we need is positive nitrogen balance ie, enough protein (1gm/pound is enough)

If we increase weight while on mass gaining, then after that to increase definition do we need to reduce carbs? If we do so then wt use of increasing size? What is best to be on same size and reduce fat or increase definition.

Well one can lose fat and build muscle at the same time, its called Body recomposition. It requires good knowledge about training, nutrition and everything related to resting. The only drawback is that it requires a lot of patience and persistence.

sir plz :"carb blend" k baare me v 1 video banaaiye....abhi tak koi accha youtuber ispe video nahi banaaya hai..."ki ye kya hota hai.lena chahiye ki nahi, nutreation information, banifits/losess..etc sir mai ye isliye kah raha hu ki this product is very cheep in market approximate 3kg-1000 rs INR....is this is better then mass/waight ganer....because ultimately we need good carbs for waight gain and good suppliments

If someone (weighs 80 pound) eats 40 grm of protein and 100gms of carb its just 560kcal a day. Even we add fiber and fat it won't be more than 800kcal....isn't it too less calories and equally unhealthy????
