This was taught in the first gym that I joined, they used to recommend beginners to start with Pull ups, then Push ups and Parallel dips. They told beginners to do that for 4 months.

My weight is only 45 kg, and I love doing pull-ups .I enjoy doing it and do 12-15 pull-ups easily due to my low weight 😂

@@ankysohil bhai he is not against pushups he is saying ki aap gym me jo weight training krte h uske baad agle din fir se aapko pushups lagane ki jarurat nhi h because pichle din jo chest workout hua tha usme muscles avi repair nhi hue h agr aapko pushups lagane h sirf roj then u can do koi problem nhi h lekin intense chest workout training ke baad bench presses dumbbell presses etc. Uske baad next day its not good to do Pushups as a warmup if u r going for a shoulder workout or back or anything.

Sayan Patra You can do dumbell/barbell shrugs , neck flexion and neck extension excercises. Always warm up before doing these excercises in order to avoid injury

Sayan Patra Follow a caloric surplus diet and it will work. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day , same is the case here. Everything takes time.

I am not a Pro bodybuilder..just started, but amazingly what you teach here I have been doing exactly that with regards to warming up. I never perform pull ups or pushups as part of warming up. Bro do in correct form. I am doing since first day of my gym and it has been 6 months now. My chest and back are my majors. I'm so much strong with it. I have never faced any shoulder pain due to pull ups

Hi Sir I am confused actually and it's related to bicep training. Almost every exercise includes variations and in order to perform any exercise ( Exercises for chest, Back, Shoulder etc. ) bicep place a major role in any exercise and then we also do a separate bicep day every week. Are we over training our bicep ??

Hi Jeet, if daily push-ups are not recommended then how often should I do it. I am totally depend on bodyweight exercise as I have been playing football since 2014 and not a gym freak for real. Bro you Should do Pushups daily, 3-6 Sets of 12- 15 Reps. Because your playing a sport not Building Muscles (Bodybuilding) So, Mostly your Lower body is on the work, and to balance it you can do Pushups for your upper body's Training. It's Problematic for Only those who are trying to build muscle.

For last 6 months IAm doing full body(including push-up ans pull ups) 2 days and rest 1 day (2day on 1 day off ... Repeat, repeat, repeat)... Never felt this stronger and in shape ever... And first thing I do is pull ups , as warmup I use 5 min jumping ropes

Wish I saw this first. I use to do push and pull and dips daily all 3 sets with 20,15, 10 reps.. and continue to train big and small muscle daily... But recently my hole body got too stiff and has become too sore.. I applied oil.. after 4 days I'm feeling better now but I still have pain in triceps, I think my triceps haven't recovered yet. Today it was my chat day, so after working out I was asked to do push up again, but I couldn't able to do even 1 rep, but I could to only like 2 rep that too with knee support, nuts imagine the amount of soreness I got 😬😬 the think is I can do pull up more easily than push up now..

agar app beginners ho too appko roj karna chahiye ye tips bodybuilding ya thoda advanced level ke hen unke liye tha otherwise beginners ho to pullup and pushup karna chahiye lekin after warmup..jab tak apki pushup and pullup perfect nahi ho jata tabtak appko roj karna chahiye
