Good motivational story. I’m also 41. Started with 88kg in January. Now 77kg. Down 11kg with combination of jumping rope, control calorie and protein intake. Now doing week 2 of Jump Rope + Dumbbell program.

Thank You 🎉 This is a reminder for me❣️ I LOVE JUMPING ROPE❣️ The junk food needs to be out❣️ I basically do the same❣️ Mine is weights then Jump my 💯❣️ I have my partner who trains me for about 30mins. Each day gives representation to toning part of my BODY. Then I put my own which include my JUMPs 💯. As far as food my breakfast is fruits! My drink is water! It gives my skin the texture I desire helps with the elasticity too. I am still helping myself to not entertain snacks. It’s Fun 🤩 [I was addicted to “CHEES/It”! Lol

The Brand is Twins Special based in Thailand. You tend to find them in Muay Thai/ kick boxing gyms. It’s a thick plastic rope usually colored red, blue or green ( the color is cosmetic only). Nice to use but the ropes from Thailand are not so accommodating for adult Western males as the ropes tend to be short. I was hoping you’d have an adjustable length model with a similar feel. Thank you for responding.

The gradual changes are the thing. And watch out for them the other way! I have been using ratchet belts the last two years and only realised yesterday that I didn't notice my gradual weight gain because I hadn't been conscious of having to move along belt notches as my waist increased.

Bro I have been following you since 2021, and have always loved your videos, but it's sad to see the no. Of views that you're getting on your channel. You deserve a lot more than this. Why not try something like fitness vlogging or collaborations with some KZbinrs for sometime, which may help you revive some views. No harm in trying right?

I’m sure you jumprope dudes are ahead of me, but if you guys ever get the chance, try jumping rope with a 20lb weighted vest for 10 minutes or more. It’s awesome!!!!!! Edit: I do trip on my rope, but I cannot deny the burn I feel doing jump rope with a weighted vest.

I brought my rope recently and honestly got cramp in my l Calves 😅. I weigh 79 kg (which is alot :( for a 17 yr old). I can almost do 3 minutes with some mistake here and there 😅 but I am not giving Up tho.

it takes practice, if you can only do 3 minutes then do it every day till you get stronger. make sure you stay hydrated, you got this!

Keep going man. When I started, I follow jumpropedude 7 days challenge. Doing Day 1 challenge repeatedly for a month until I can finish it without much struggle. At first, I can’t even finish it. But slowly you build your lungs and stamina and can jump longer.
