This was much longer than i expected. I had to stop at 20 minutes in wondering if what it had ro do with the bridge.???

Thankyou Alfons. I have been struggling with left side hip pain from tight and weak piriformis, glutes and QL. Weekly Pilates based exercise classes and fortnightly physio treatment with exercise every second day. The pain was spreading to the right side which the physio said was good. The exercise class yesterday really focussed on side lifting the legs and I was quite sore this morning... until I did this lesson. All the muscles have relaxed somewhat and I will do this lesson again tomorrow on the other side. thank you oce again for giving me some relief. You're a ripper 👍👍👍
