Because she's good speaker, well articulated in thoughts and speech... she wasn't oversharing or saying details that were not unnecessary. She understands where to stop, so there was no need for Apostle to cut her with diversion questions, like he does sometimes. ❤

God bless Pastor Kayode for being a great support. This is what christianity is all about; showing love and embracing others. Our characters matter a lot, she kept on praising papa all through even when he clearly doesn't know the best way to care for her. Adaobi you're indeed beautiful, I love your outfit and glasses. For anyone in Adaobi's shoes, may God send your support system in life, carry you through the storms of life and come through for you all your days.

“The person’s absence is an act of mercy from God”. Chai this statement can only be revealed by the spirit. Some parent / child relationships are better absent or non existent than present. May God give us the grace to heal and correct the trauma to end the cycle.

My sister that part for boarding school visiting ehh hmmmmmm I feel you E be DEH hot shaaaaa You will see parents rubbing their child's head, Feeding them, asking them how they r in school, chiaaaaa, n you will just be looking at it as rocket science. Sometimes I even cried honestly my sister take heart Me too I started forming strong things After weeping for so long I just become the mother n father I needed for myself even with so much pain. You may think it will get better by the day but no! Pain is unavoidable. Never you tell anyone you know how he/she feels when you are not them.

I understand love but I just rejected it for years. Thank God for realization and wanting to change things intentionally.

I can relate to this lady's story because I experienced rejection from both parents. But one of the ways to heal is to speak about it, cry about it, and laugh about it. The more you bottle things up, the harder it is to heal.

This is so touching, it looks more like my life right now, it got to a point where I didn't care to know if he was still breathing or not, the only reason why I don't wish him physically dead now is simply because there is no money to bury him. Emotionally, psychologically, in all areas of my life, he is not alive to me, after accepting Christ, I had to cry alone, cry aloud, weep bitterly and forgive my dad for his absence in my life as a Father, I have forgiven him but had no need for him ever, maybe just for the collection of my bride price and that's it. It is well, I am strong and have developed tough skin to go on through the toughness of life. All thanks to God and my mum. Apostle, thank you so so much for bringing her on board. Thank you for all the similar stories, it's really helping and changing lives. God bless you sir.

There is deliverance, Brother/Sister. Remember, Jesus bore our griefs and sorrows and healed all who were oppressed. You may not immediately feel free of childhood trauma, whatever shape or form it is. But therapy, counseling and deliverance can break its power over you. I know this from personal experience 🤎.

My mum told me when I was a baby I was very sick to the point where she thought I will die, she went to my MIL. she was the one who took me from one witch doctor house to another n couple with the fact that my grand father from my father side was a very strong witch doctor. Mmmm may God have mercy on us n me. I pray to be finally free from this spirit battle and funny enough my husband doesn't know it, I don't even know how to inform him about it.
