Uno de los mas grandes chef de toda la historia de la humanidad, y sin duda el chef mas involucrado con la innovación de la cocina en las ultimas decadas, un grande, genio, y sobre todo humilde, envidio de buena manera, a la gente que pudo o/ tiene la oportunidad de aprender de este hombre. Definitivamente existirá gente que no comparta esto, y tenga malas opiniones o criticas negativas hacia este hombre...pero no es de extrañar, despues de todo, no todos los seres humanos son de mente abierta ni tienen la habilidad para apreciar las cualidades de algunas personas, y tambien hay personas, no muy refinadas de gustos :) !! Ferran Adrià, un ídolo y modelo a seguir de muchos chefs jovenes y no tan jovenes.

Jonny lo que ha hecho Ferrán en el mundo de la cocina ha sido revolucionarla y enfocarla desde un punto de vista que nadie lo habia hecho hasta ahora y por eso es un visionario y se le considera el mejor cheff del mundo. No ha habido 10 pelagatos como tu dices y dijeron este mismo porque sino este hombre no estaria enseñando su obra por todos los paises del mundo incluidos Francia, Italia, la India... Esto va para todos los que comentan aquí, nadie puede saber quien es el mejor chef del mundo porqué hay millones de chef muy buenos que puedan hasta ser mejor que este Adriá,pero me imagino yo que han deber cogido unos 10 pelagatos de cada uno de unos cuantos países y ganó este tio,como lo han hecho con el restaurant Roca,porqué hasta donde yo se que los mejores cocineros del mundo y mejor gastronomía son los franceses,italianos,de la India.
