Also another theory says that maybe Bucky didn't want the shield coz' when Cap went in the time traveling thing Bucky wasn't too surprised that he didn't come back so they probably already told each other in advance. Plus isn't Bucky and Cap just childhood friends? Maybe Cap just sees more potential in Falcon than Bucky coz' he's younger and more willing to fight.

Thanos was a politician, basically. He didn’t actually care about balance, he just cared about power and proving himself right on his ideals. It’s almost 100% likely that his home planet was destroyed not by famines and wars, but by Thanos himself. Thanos in Endgame was Marvel’s way of revealing all this and showing you that all he _really_ wanted was to feel like he was a god.

I don't know why I'm back here watching this right now, but hearing Mat talk about how the completion of Tony's arc is to settle down and start a family, so he can't die... but Endgame was like, "why not both?" ...that's really got me tearing up. What Mat seems to have neglected is how interconnected Tony and Steve's arcs have been since way back in the first Avengers movie. "Everything special about you came out of a bottle" and "you're not the one to make the sacrifice play"... They were still riffing on that, and Steve and Tony's fraught but profound friendship. There's a poignancy to the fact that they each ultimately embraced the closure of the others' arc.
