If you get a diabetic foot ulcer this is good advice. My sister used the antimicrobial shoe insole PodoPhylus. The ulcer dried and healed in 2 tob3 weeks.

The Finn Comfort El Paso comes in UK sizing. Usually a US 8 would be a UK 5.5, which is about 2.5 sizes smaller than the US size.
