Grab a mat, something for hydration, and a suspension trainer for this 30-minute total body strength workout. We will be combining TRX exercises with bodyweight-only exercises for this strength focused class. Besides the warm-up, every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Following each exercise we will have 15 seconds to recover. While you recover, I will demonstrate the upcoming exercise. (There is one longer break right around the mid-way point). Since the exercises are timed, find a pace and tempo that works for you! We do not have to go at the same speed or hit the same amount of reps. Quality over quantity. Options/modifications are listed in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Minimal cues are given so we can jam out.
