Join in for a 15 minute STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT to work the upper body without any crunches, planks or pushups. Get ready for a controlled burn that challenges your balance and core muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I found you around January this year. I love your 20 min and 30 min full body sculpting and upper body and abs workout!!! I have went from 210 to 186 through walking everyday 7500 steps and doing your workouts 2 to 3 times a week. No offense to other KZbinrs who does similar workouts, but I love your energy and making sure we have our form correct. Very true...she always tells about the postures which is the most important thing in home workouts, else we may get injured especially with heavier weights.

New video! 🎉 Started using these with old, barely used sets of 2.5, 5, and 10 lbs dumbbells, before or after easy running, and I have to say they seem to be great--especially the lunges! It reminds me of Karate lessons as a kid, except the overhead triceps extensions and planks are brutal. Really appreciate the modifications! Anyways, thanks for posting this content! I absolutely love your workouts ! I can choose an intense weight burn or a gentler but still effective barre workout ! I would love, love to see some kettlebell workouts!

Wow I just noticed that you posted this great workout! Doing this one now before bed (it’s close to 23h00 here in France). All Standing with weights… my favourite workouts! And this setting you’ve used is absolutely lovely. You did another upper body workout using this sale backdrop and I recall loving that workout too. Thanks Mikala! Im dutch so i do a reaction in dutch. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik via jou kanaal een workout heb gedaan. Het is fijn dat je ook als je een oefening doet een makkelijke versie laat zien. Ik heb de laatste jaren dat ik meer via youtube workouts doe. En nou wou ik een keer een nieuwe proberen. Want ik ben niet iemand die naar een fitness ruimte gaat ik doe het liever via youtube. I love these 15 minute workouts split between upper body and lower body. When I “think” my schedule just can’t accommodate a 30 minute workout, I find I’m able to fit 15 minutes into my morning and another 15 minutes into the afternoon. Hmmm… that = 30 min 🤣
