I decided to do my workout first thing this Monday morning, and I’m so glad I did! I loved all of it, right through the ab finisher. I was feeling energized and focused this morning, so I think I did all the moves pretty well, all things considered. Oh, just listen to me bragging. 🙈 😅Thanks, PJ!❤

Whew! My body's still recovering from the metcon yesterday, so my muscles were telling me how achy they were 😂 But as far as cardio workouts go, this one's a keeper! ❤

This was so good!!!! I am in so much pain, my right knee and thumbs due to arthritis. But I keep pushing through. you always say motion equals lotion😘

Motion does equal lotion however, I don't recommend pushing through pain. Take care as you work through this episode! 😃

This was a great workout- I really liked the flow of exercises! I think my favorite was that good morning jump out one :) I've also decided every workout area should come equipped with a fluffy kitten for distraction purposes ;) Mushi kitten seemed to enjoy this workout too- he was very attentive. Thanks for a fun quick sweat and ab burn PJ!

Yyyyyyyyeeeeeeesssssss AAABBBBSSSSS how I love ab work because my low back is finally starting to feel better because my abs are getting stronger starting to support my low back. Having said that I'm still stiff asxan ox getting out of bed with my low back but still I'm fine I get going But I had to pick this up from the start to get my heart rate up blood pumping sweat on breathing hard. Wow great 20 min, low impact cardio & abs workout. I did this after an arm workout. Love the variety of excercises in this one. I kept it low impact though. I had a good time, Thank you PJ. 👍💪❤️

Great workout for launching the month of October! I did the high impact Jack, but at my tempo, and managed the high plank shoulder taps. I dialed back the intensity overall a bit because I rode my bike to do errands earlier today and yeah, I’m feeling it. 🚴 Thanks, PJ!❤
