I decided to do my workout first thing this Monday morning, and I’m so glad I did! I loved all of it, right through the ab finisher. I was feeling energized and focused this morning, so I think I did all the moves pretty well, all things considered. Oh, just listen to me bragging. 🙈 😅Thanks, PJ!❤

This was a great workout- I really liked the flow of exercises! I think my favorite was that good morning jump out one :) I've also decided every workout area should come equipped with a fluffy kitten for distraction purposes ;) Mushi kitten seemed to enjoy this workout too- he was very attentive. Yyyyyyyyeeeeeeesssssss AAABBBBSSSSS how I love ab work because my low back is finally starting to feel better because my abs are getting stronger starting to support my low back. Having said that I'm still stiff asxan ox getting out of bed with my low back but still I'm fine I get going But I had to pick this up from the start to get my heart rate up blood pumping sweat on breathing hard.
