I've been struggling with completing my workouts recenlty. Life keeps getting in the way. But today I got up early and completed this one. And I am so glad I did, feeling pruod of myself. Great workout! x

I went on a super strenuous, uphill-downhill walk yesterday with a group (six miles in 90 minutes). Most people huffing and puffing but not me! (and I'm 70) Your workouts have helped me so much! Thank you PJ!

This went by so fast for a 45 min session!! Had allllll my weights out, & did really challenge myself as knew it was no repeat! Could feel every muscle had certainly worked hard on my dog walk after this one!! Thoroughly enjoyable, thank you ladies 💪

A fun and intense full body strength. The excercises are a great combination of strength and control. I used moderate and heavier pair of dumbells. You and Cassidy are amazing. I’m glad I joined you 2. 😅 The stretch/cooling down is great. Thank you PJ and Cassidy.👍💪❤️

Great one! I really didn’t feel like exercising but made myself. I am told I have osteopenia in my left forearm and have no longer have osteoporosis in my hip, which I did last year. The exercises paid off as did increased calcium and vitamin D. I refused (nicely) the medications. So what’s the danger in doing twisting exercises? I do them and have had no problems.

Ellen, if you don't have osteo in your spine twists are fine for you. If you did, I would say limit your range of motion because there is an increased risk of compression fractures with deep twists (and bending).
