I have been a day behind and a dollar short, lol, on our 21 day fit and fierce challenge, cause I was away last weekend., so I am trying to catch up.....these stretches were a pretty nice 53rd birthday present (Sept 20th) even though I did them on the 21st, PJ, thank you.

2nd time around. So yummy. First time having a wall, which I've never done before! I DO workout at home around 6 am. An employee has already called in sick. It was nice to prepare my mind and body for the day.
