Day 2 was great. Thanks for all the options. I was away for a week to visit family, and although we were active and at a mile- high elevation, I came home feeling - ( gulp) - elderly, which I didn’t feel before we left on our trip!! (I’m 73) Not as functionally fit, which is scary and not a good feeling as we age! I am SO glad to be back at it. (And glad to be back at sea level!) Thanks, PJ!

TY PJ! All moves ok , the only ones I modified was the side plank and the mountain climber , can’t to planks or anything similar , bad sensitive neck and shoulders …these moves add to much tension on those areas … great the addition of the pre-hab moves . TY ❤

I recently injured my thoracic back area and decided to start researching osteoporosis. From my reading, I thought that any kind of sit-up activity was ill advised if you have osteoporosis. So wouldn't that counter indicate the exercise where you're lying down and raising up to touch your toe? Would there be an osteoporosis-specific modification for this one?

Do you mean the scissors? If you do the workout you will hear me cue if you can't lift your head to leave it on the ground. So, that would be you.

@@FitnesswithPJ Thanks, PJ. No I don't mean the scissors. The one where you lift your torso and attempt to touch the foot of your raised leg with your opposite hand. I can lift my head. It's the forward flexion of the back coming from a lay-down position that concerns me. I don't know my limits after a back injury and have only begun to do more serious weights again. To be safe, I'll lift my leg but keep my head on the ground! As you suggest.
