Karen, this is my fav so far! Thank you. Did you notice that your lighter colored dog does a downward dog about 1/3 into,the video. And then at the end she does a Namaste along with you. So cute ! You have a very connected pooch. I love your dogs 🐕 🐕💜

Ha yes it's definitely been a practice. Early on I tried to teach them to stay off my mat but they usually do think it's all about them (especially when I'm in Savasana :)

I used to do the quick general stretches after my runs and I would never be quite right! Since I started doing this routine after EVERY run I feel great and my niggles and aches have reduced considerably! Nice one! Im officially a dedicated follower!!!

I've been using your post run stretch routine most days for over a year now (the older one and now this one). It's been a fantastic way to end my runs, quick enough that I'll actually do it, yet it always seems to find and ease any tightness, ready for the next day's run! Thankyou!!

Thank you for this variation on your previous excellent post-run routine. I swore by that one and it's helped protect me from injuries I'm pretty sure. Now there's 2 so more variety - thanks again!
