Yes agree. And I put a whole yoga for runners playlist together too (for variety) - many are 10 minute but some are longer if you want more.

So grateful for these post-run stretches. Having searched for ages for a Yoga style that suits me I think you are one of the reasons I've reached Week 17 and am up to 6km. A huge achievement for me!!! Thank you and keep 'em coming!!

I love your workouts. Easy and straight to the point. Are you able to do a video for injury recovery to the upper body? I have a AC joint inflammation and would love to know how to strengthen the tendons, ligaments and muscles to help it if at all possible.

Hi Leona. Thanks for the note. Probably best to work with a PT for an issue like like this. Although in general, yoga can hopefully help you regain both your strength and flexibility but modify to protect your joint issues.

I am looking for alternative stretches to pigeon lose/hip openers as I cannot twist my knee??? Love 10 minute workouts post run & others xx

Yes reclined pigeon at a wall - have you tried that one? it still externally rotates knee, but without any pressure. Also can do seated or standing. Is that an option?

Hi Sarah. I have lots of Core & Stretch videos that combine core ab exercises along with stretches. I never thought of doing just post run abs without the stretch ... but I could (although a time-efficient abs & stretch is probably best :) Check out my Core & Stretch playlist and let me know!
