15 MIN Footwork Cardio Workout
Improve you feet quickness with this 15 min footwork cardio workout. You would need four cones for this workout. In case you don't have any you could replace them with any shoes. Enjoy!

Thx for the clip! Great inspiration and moves...Try to care for your left knee and scarve.. If you'll wanna to improve it, do it to Joel Corry " head and heart". The song is a bit quicker and happier, though you need to accelerate and it has nearly the same topic. Keep your head up to open the eyes for further things. Thumbs in the height, in german we say...You'll get it.

please pause for at least 5 seconds and in this pause show the next exercise or I don't have time to do the next one or understand it please do something about it😣 And I recommend super and useful exercises👍

It doesn’t matter, I am 12 (almost 13) and I do this. It’s fine as long as you can do it. It depends on how fit you are 😃

@@morse1632 I train my muscles about 1 hour 5 times a week. I do workouts in this time. After my workouts I rest, so I can do it again on the next day. To understand the tactics are very important in modern football, as scouts are looking for players who understand and can use tactics in games. Footwork is very important for me, because i play in offensive midfield.

@@mcp4598 gr8 stratagy but be 100% aware of overtraining.. don't do it on any cost I used to train 6 hours a day 7 days a week for 8 months everyday but now I only train 1.5 hour per day for 6 days a week and with proper rest and diet be sure to do these unless u will feel demotivated sometimes like I feel
