This 20 minute Daily Qigong practice has three warm up Qigong exercises and nine Qigong exercises.
Warm Up Qigong Exercises:
1. Brushing the Grass- Tonifies Spleen, Stomach, Kidneys, Bladder, Liver, & Gallbladder (Long Life Qigong)
2. Kidney’s Grasping Lungs- Tonifies KI, Lungs -(Chen style Taiji Quan)
3. Swing Arms- Jen Gee Dao Monastery Exercises
Qigong Lesson:
1. Sun Spreads it’s Light- Balances the Yin and Yang in the body (Long Life Qigong)
2. Wave Hands over the Lake- Tonifies KI, LU (Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong)
3. Water Raises to the Sky- Tonifies the KI, reduces Stress and Calms the Mind (Long Life Qigong)
4. Scoop the Earth Part the Clouds- Tonifies the Heart and the Kidneys (Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong)
5. Smoothing the SP,ST, & LV by Raising One Hand- Regulates SP,ST, & LV (Ba Duan Jin Qigong)
6. Banging Heels Seven Times to Dispel all Illnesses- Strengthens the Calms the Nervous System, Strengthens the Bones and the Immune System (Ba Duan Jin Qigong)
7. Turn Behind and All Illnesses Disapate- Balance the Emotions and Strengthens the Immune System. (Ba Duan Jin Qigong)
8. Natures Fragrance Drifts up from the Stream- Balances the Yin and Yang and returns the Qi to the Lower Dantian (Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong)
9. The Monastery Bow- Giving gratitude for the Practice.( Jen Gee Dao Monastery Exercises)
