The tan thing dates back to Ancient Egypt. Women were depicted as white because they stayed inside, and the men were brown because they worked outside. This is also why Japanese women /Geisha wear very white makeup. Hispanics, specifically Mexicans, also avoid excessive tans as it is an indication of outdoor labor. Which is why you often see them wearing long sleeves. This is a very ancient tradition that is still visible all around the world

The question on athletes leaving etc. The explanation you gave is perfect in the usmc we have a officer club and a enlisted club the marine Corp theory is you can't drink beer with a guy then make him do push-ups the next morning. There is so much to owning a biz employees don't get at one point I recall selling my pickup to ensure payroll then getting complaints about them wanting raises (you can never let them know) it makes unsteady work environment the stress is insane your life becomes biz evan on vacation your looking at facilities there employees etc. I appreciate that Foud does take questions head on and remains friends with ex employees. I have a question for you guys. I'm 50 and have been lifting pretty much consistently since i was 13 so a long, long time. I think I have most of it down at this point, but I do struggle with getting a pump, and I pretty much always have. I'm not a fan of taking pump supplements partly because the ones I've tried did very little and partly because I don't really like dropping money on them. How important do you think getting a noticable pump is? I have always gotten decent result with getting a pump but I admit I wonder if I would grow faster if I got consistent pumps. Any thoughts on this. Aldo is i there any vitamins or minerals that I may be missing that I could easily add and may make a difference?

Appreciate Mike acknowledging RX to be the first BB channel to transition to digital broadcasting from the magazines, especially Dave at MD. Some of the questions feel like they have been internally created. Sometimes, for employees to walk and take another direction is generally the approach from the employers' application of interpersonal skills. Let's not forget Nick Walker is currently the 3rd best open bodybuilder in the world!!!! Also came second at the Arnold by bringing a package where he was smaller and not the mutant we know, aceto said the other day if he brings that last year olympia look with improved legs he has a shot at winning.

In Pauls defense about the Computer “warming Up” Many computers that aren’t new, need time to Boot Up. It’s processing info and launching all of the little things that run in the background. Basically the computer has to Boot Up and be fully running properly. Especially if it’s an older computer. Slower processing power means it has to fully load everything to work correctly. My iMac and PC do the same thing.

There was one competitor who was notorious for doing a BACK FLIP off the stage(an OUTDOOR STAGE) onto the CONCRETE that the seats were set up on Infront of the stage. He never hurt himself but was finally told he would be DQed if he continued to do it as it was a huge risk.
