Could this be a class action suit! My family buys all this FOX News propaganda and our relationship has suffered terribly for it. It makes me sick. I asked my mother how she, as a Christian, could support Trump after all the things he’s done. She said she respects what he stands for, it’s not about the flawed man. 🤦‍♀️ This all makes me sick. I was raised in a cult called Seventh-Day Adventist. I got out and so did my parents. We had about 15 years of freedom and fun. Then my parents and brother fell hook line sinker for FOX News and I feel like we are right back in that dogmatic cycle. We can’t even really communicate anymore. It makes me furious. And sad. And I appreciate your comments. Hope US sorts out this division. I’ve never seen anything like it. Even Brexit hasn’t caused this much division in UK. I have a sense of relief watching this. Knowing in my gut I knew all this was crap.

Hey Katie! Great interview. Please re-interview Sherman. I would love to hear his ideas on the $787M settlement to Dominion from Fox. Also consider interviewing a Dominion lawyer and/or Former Fox Employee. It would be so good to hear information from true insiders.

Dominion should never have settled. The jury would have awarded them what they were suing for. Fox needed to feel the pain and the only way to do that is with money.

Fox had 4 billion in the bank in December. A 787 million dollar fine does not fix the damage they did to this country. Fox makes most of its money from cable fees, not advertising. If you want to punish Fox for what the did, make sure you are not writing them a check once a month when you pay your cable bill. Call your cable company, if they can't separate Fox from your subscription, cancel your cable. Hit Fox where it hurts. It will be a sacrifice on your part but it will be worth it.

I believe as time passes, it is harder for a person to concede the ideological investment he/she/they have put into a narrative that they once genuinely believed in. One of the reasons I hate TV style interviews is that the interviewer insists on doing most of the talking. Katie Couric is no exception. No one ever taught these people how to conduct a good interview. The person being interviewed should do the majority of the talking

This interview did give me an understanding on how Fox News mutated into what it is today. The reason is all so horribly simple...money. I feel so old and so discouraged. I can remember when I used to vote for the most relevant candidate irregardless as to party affiliation. Now I feel voting for any Republican, no matter how smart or adapt, is a vote for an organization that I feel has little contact with reality, progress or science. I just had a thought, when Murdoch dies and his children cannot agree on Fox News control guess who might decide to buy it. Hint: this wealthy individual is currently obsessed with a certain social media site and likes the thought of visiting Mars on a vehicle his company will construct.
