It's a task for sure.It's not something ya can just do ya need to do them for a bit... a few years back I did 1700 over a long 3day weekend. (5,7,5) I had been doing them for a bit and I was doing sets of 50. For some reason I did 7 one day. And No, I can't do that now....lol barely do sets of thirty... guess I need to practice a bit...

@@stjepanpalinic3683 Yes that is the proper form. Also done with the right tempo. But I have seen people do push ups like these. Constant tension to only just put the pressure and pump to the chest. Although proper push ups will maxize activation of the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Wow. 80. That's a feat. I could never get that many. Although I did 1700 over a 3day weekend way back.. sets of 50.... just did them during the day while I was laying around. I wasnt planning on 1700, was going to do 1500 - 500 each day. And I have no idea why I did it.... lol but hey,, maybe I'll try to get to 80 - that'll keep me busy for a while.

I can do 3,000 consecutive push-ups in a row. The trick is turning your hands into a slightly different position at the 1,000 and 2,000 mark.

Im currently working my way up to doing 35 pushups in one go and here you guys are at 3 hundo but hey when i hit 100 pushups a day i will go down to 10 decline 10 incline 10 flat push ups and add 5 reps per push up every week till i hit 30 for each then variat by doing all of those explosively again up to 30 each then repeat till i one day can join you guys with this workout but hey its gonna take me a while 😅

It's a really powerful and crazy routine guys... All of you are so capable ... So an observation to Michael Vasquez.. Its was harder to him than Big Boy and Frank because of his wrong arm position, not due lack of strength (He got it!) The wider you place your arms the more your elbows going away from your body... And in that way we stress are shoulders... Just an observation... Liked it!
