Incredible athlete. Big time danger to himself being that big. Wonder why he is not in NFL, Boxing or MMA. Because my man is incredibly agile and athletic. If he had formal training in one of the big sports makes you wonder how great he would be.

Whats crazy is that Big Boy EASILY had the strength, he was just explosive at the wrong time, like he was swinging forward then fully back, THEN exploding; when he should have swung forward then exploded as soon as he felt himself move backwards. But what impressed me is that he basically ended up doing a static muscleup because he was so far back after he swung back that he wasnt using momentum anymore, but pure strength.

Man, he is pulling some heavy weight. After this workout go run a 6 minute mile :). When I was younger I did competition powerlifting. I’m now 71 and few decades ago I got back into running and lost 42 lbs. Can’t say into words how much better I feel. Being healthy and having endurance; healthy heart and lungs are what drives me. I still lift some but lighter weights and more repetitions. I built up to 40 and 50 miles of running per week and added biking as cross training for endurance. Enjoyed your video.

The big man moves extremely well. Notice how smooth and light on his feet he was on the 15x warmup burpeez. Yes he is swinging to far in front of bar when starting but inspite of that he made the transition and got ABOVE the bar > so close! Perhaps a better cue for him would be to imagine head butt ( violently throw forehead forward as he comes over the bar) He will get it and with his strength he will eventually do 10x in a row unbroken

Nice video! I like seeing you to collaborate. I like seeing big boy strength cartel trying the body weight feats of strength. I would like to continue to see more videos like this. Also may be putting a video out of some prerequisites That strength cartel would need to hit prior to that first muscle up. 10 to 15 pull-ups or five explosive pull-ups ( chest to bar) And may be breaking the muscle up into segments. Such as setting up a box and have him jump and just work on more of the transitioning part.
