He then says something like "Would you rather finish your opponent or push him back?" It doesn't matter if he is 60kg or 72kg as long as his punch could stop your heart from beating, just from the impact.

EpicShroomie Oh so it's not cruel nor murder if I keep your children hostage for years and then murder them for food as long as I kill them real quick? There is no compromise, killing something when there is viable alternative is objectively immoral. Not killing something makes you objectively more moral than the person who did barring all other factors.

Swordevil Leg day. leg day. WTF. Please. Your body does transform in what you want "it" to do. He don't need the legs for anny of his performings. Why train em ? ( I know, it looks wierd) But it will not be easy to ran around with big legs, and perform stuff like he does. So the body "chooses" cut down on weight, and build muscle, to let the body "fly"

How in the world? I can't do one pull up, but I can swim for 2 miles post 10 mile run? What makes someone get so strong? How do you get passed this barrier???
@Tataroli10 жыл бұрын
even if you can't, you have to prctice everyday.. after a month, or more, you will see that you actually can do what you couldn't before. The question isn't in "I can't so I won't try" the real question is: "do am I motivated to try?" I'm a Personal Trainer, in Portugal, and that's what I tell to my people when they feel desmotivated. Good luck and never give up, because everything is possible!

@ugougotbs10 жыл бұрын
Because the swimming and running uses slow twitch muscles, meanwhile pull ups uses fast twitch muscle (unless you can do 40 in a row). In terms of muscle invovlement, pull ups uses the latissimus dorsi muscle. Swimming and running is not enough to stimulate your lats strength growth. Like the person above me, you can do rows to activate your lats muscle. Well, any PULLING movement will activate your lats muscle. Below is just my opinion, To activate you fast twitch muscle, you could do some heavy weight pulling that only allows you to repeat 1-4 times (perfrom 5-8 sets with a long rest in between), this will create neural adaptation. If you are traning consistently, you should be able to do at least one pull up after a couple of months.
@VICTORIAMAKESYOULAUGH10 жыл бұрын
fast twitch sounds brutal...but thanks for the input! Does anyone know if he is vegan or what he eats? Is it well known?

Hi Viictoria, like you I'm not a shabby runner-my best half marathon time is 1hr 18mins. I had injury which meant I my lower body was pretty much useless so I started doing pull ups in the park to keep fit. 15 Months later I can do all the basic/intermediate calisthenics movements. So find a bar and pull yourself up and keep doing it. Best

Please explain how not being Vegan made you obese? I am in no way Vegan and not even close to being obese?
@1221solstice201211 жыл бұрын
David Szczepanski Oops, should've made my comment "no replies." Anywho, not everyone gets obese from dairy addiction (feel-good casein) & appetite stimulant in all milk; many do...look around. And fatty meats, burgers and all the rest are fat makers too when combined with all the white bread and desserts, etc., that go along with it all...again, look around. Some people couldn't get fat if they tried; but it's possible to be gluttonous even if one doesn't gain weight, which leads to defending cruelty, being very materialistic, etc. Google: "red meat TMAO and heart attack risk." Vegans become immune to TMAO which is a very good thing. I oppose slaughterhouses and animal exploitation/killing, and the vegan diet solved my overweight and health problems. So it's a win-win. You?

I have trained calisthenics for at least 5 years and I have barely done tricks like the back lever, handstand push ups and today I was trying to get the tiger ben after 1 month and I could not until I put this video, I was motivated and I was able to get my first reps of this trick, thanks for the motivation Frank and I'm going for more 👍👊💪 Greetings from Mexico !!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

and through this video, we can hear the cry of millions crossfitters with their "momentum pullups" saying how they got so amazing results with their workouts. This guy looks like he could eat insanity in the breakfast and shit crossfit in the evening.

Thank you Frank for your inspiration! 10 years ago I went vegan, and still have no meat. I started to run the biggest Street Workout movement in Poland called "Skazani na Street Workout". My healthy lifestyle brought me the Holistic Health Club idea, that I grow internationally with my Team. Greetings from Poland. Miro
