Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation- A Guided Meditation for relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, and relaxed awareness and mindfulness. Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep," a state of being between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep relaxation. You will remain relaxed but also very aware. With this meditation, a brief discussion of Yoga Nidra is stated beforehand which offers instructions for the meditation overall. The actual meditation starts around 2 minutes. Just be gentle with yourself and use this meditation as often as needed. Please know you are always welcome to adapt your practice in a way that feels comfortable, safe, and supportive for you. Remember there is no "wrong or right way" to practice. Invite it to be a 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺.
