Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation- A Guided Meditation for relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, and relaxed awareness and mindfulness. Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep," a state of being between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep relaxation. You will remain relaxed but also very aware. With this meditation, a brief discussion of Yoga Nidra is stated beforehand which offers instructions for the meditation overall. The actual meditation starts around 2 minutes. Just be gentle with yourself and use this meditation as often as needed. Please know you are always welcome to adapt your practice in a way that feels comfortable, safe, and supportive for you. Remember there is no "wrong or right way" to practice. Invite it to be a 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺.

It never fails. Once the yoga nidra session is over, my body is so relaxed that I have to stay in shavasana for a little while longer. This is now my morning ritual. Thank you.

Do you have any more videos that goes through other levels of yoga nidra? Or for anxiety or depression. This is literally my favorite meditation recording, the music and your voice is so calming

I found the background music really intrusive, so had to stop. A shame as I liked the introduction and was all ready to enjoy the meditation.

Very nice voice, smooth and calm but toooo much talking and is not exactly Nidra yoga,is like anatomy of the body 😌

NOT YOGA NIDRA! This was a body scan. Half hour wasted. Body can part should last ten minutes at the most! I no invite you to make a real yoga nidra recording. I’m sorry but whoever did this did more harm than good!
