If i do only these stretching and no workout can i lose weight?

Unfortunately, you cannot lose weight through stretching alone. Weight loss requires a combination of regular physical activity, a healthy diet, and adequate rest. Stretching can help to improve flexibility and mobility, but it won't help you burn calories or build muscle.
