I'm trying every pilates workout on youtube. This one flows correctly. And I create around her moves with a mental compass that directs each movement correctly transforming my body

This was my first HIIT Pilates, and girl I loved it! The moves flow so beautifully. I really enjoyed this creatively challenging session. It actually gave me energy when I was done.

I love that you're FIT as F, but not ridiculously shredded like many girls who feel the need to present that physique. It's NOT HEALTHY. I dated a fitness model, and the mindset of fitness influencers who go below normal fat levels is almost looney. You're crazy fit, crazy sweet and just plain beautiful. Thank you so much for all that you do for us, to keep us in shape... especially with all the gyms being closed in Toronto! Very thankful for you Heather.

Heather, I’ve been following/subscribed for 2.5 yrs and I just want to say that you are a true trend setter. I admire how you are always being creative and keeping these workouts interesting while using diverse modalities of exercise. I’ve been working on strength but wow, it wasn’t until I did that balance ball workout that those weaknesses were exposed! I love that you keep up the circuit style! When I used to do Pilates, the focus was getting it perfect the first time and only doing a few reps perfectly. Which is great for people who do Pilates every day but I could never do that! I never got the reps in I needed to perfect the moves and I was stagnant in my progress. The circuit style allows us to practice the moves and master them so if we were to ever do a traditional Pilates class we can nail the exercise on the first try. Genius!

I did this Pilates tonight after being in the snow all day. This was an awesome workout, You know this one was easy on the body, your mom would love this one too. I am soaked from top to bottom and yet my body is not beaten > I feel wonderful. Thank you, Heather. Please more workouts for the young at heart...like this.

I love, loooveee your videos!! How perfectly you can combine the preview of the exercise and music, and the timer, and how creative you are in getting complete, creative and fun exercises that work out all the muscles! All of it together makes me want to watch your videos over and over again!
