Fantastic workout. Effficient. I’ve been really loving Pilates with weights and bands and so discovered your channel today. We covered everything I’ve been covering in 40 minute workouts but at a quicker pace and I feel like I got all of my muscle groups worked - awesome and I really enjoyed it. Thanks

Another fantabulous workout Karen👍🏼🙌🏼❤️🔥 You got it all in and I’m feeling great! Tried a different lady today and it was ok. Hence why I’m here doing this because you are waaaaay better than ok😉 Now I feel worked and alive and ready to go play ball with the hubbykins⚾️ Happy today most awesome one☀️

Great combination the mini band & weights. I am starting to enjoy using the band with the dumbbells. Great way to get leg work at the same time as upper body. After this one I did another one of your videos that had this combination plus cardio. You really get a great workout. l like how you mix and match different exercises and this video goes by fast. Thanks Karen.

Aww awesome! If you feel more stable in sneakers wear them. It is good to have bare feet for mat pilates to get more movement in ankle/ foot
