Love your workouts. I have gotten better results with your seven minute challenge than I did working out for 30 to 60 minutes. Would love to see some workouts using weights. I’m in my early 70’s, and workout everyday. Thank you Lucy. And I love your cat!!!! Would love to see more of her too! ❤

Loved this workout - thank you Lucy!. Please could you do one for hip impingement - although I exercise every day I still seem to suffer from it. Pain in the lower back, hip and knee. Thanks Lucy you are the best! XX to The Princesses. Xx❤

Thank you so much for this one, Lucy! I've been in a bit of a rut lately. I haven't exercised like I used to. I haven't felt like myself in a long while. I'm fighting myself to come back. This routine was great even as the low impact version.
