Love your workouts. I have gotten better results with your seven minute challenge than I did working out for 30 to 60 minutes. Would love to see some workouts using weights. I’m in my early 70’s, and workout everyday. Thank you Lucy. And I love your cat!!!! Would love to see more of her too! ❤
