The digestion part is so accurate, I see people eating a bunch of food and ten minutes later going to workout... All the blood that you will need to pump your muscle will be at your stomach to digestion... 45~60 minutes at least! Peace out!

I guess I'm an anomaly. I have to work out as soon as I eat. Sometimes I'll consume the food in the parking lot prior to entering the gym, and I'll also take snacks in case I run out of energy. I get hungry really fast, so I can't waste time after I'm done eating. I don't have any digestive issues from doing this.
