Loved the video guys! Well explained from start to end. Got a few questions as im going to learn a freestyle football trick called Jordan Stall. Basically you balance the ball on your sole while doing a hand stand. So first, how should i prepare for handstand? How much time do you spend on each progression? And finally how often do you train and for how long each session?

Dat vallen op mijn rug is waar ik het meest bang voor ben, heb me in het verleden al een paar keer serieus pijn gedaan daarmee, meestal in het zand. Superinteressant om die speciale manier van vallen te leren! Super video! Thanks guys

Thanks guys! Vid was excellent - looking forward to the one on stretching & static exercises to prepare for it - you said it took 6 months to achieve. How often did you train for each move/progression, and for how long each time? Thanks again - keep making these videos - you guys are gonna be huge ! 🙌🏻

Wow thanks bro! That's great to hear. Sorry for the late reply tho.. We trained about 1 month per progression. But with every workout we tried different progressions. So we never did only one variaton. We trained about 3 to 4 times per week the Handstand. We recommend you to do the same ;)

You mentioned train with Parallets because its easier however on your first step you were showing steps without Parallets. Do you recommend following the steps with Parallets first or follow as your video shows Kick UPS to the Wall without Parallets?

Anyone else have trouble locking their elbows? I've done handstands (against the wall) for 3 weeks but I can't lock them out like these guys! Hoping it will come if I keep it up....

Heey, ik had de vraag welke dipping bars jullie hebben in jullie tuin en waar je die kan komen of hoe het heet, en doen jullie bvb bij de 1k subs een meetup

Hey maat! Wij hebben de dipping bars zelf in elkaar gezet door het gebruik van steiger materiaal dat in de bouw wordt gebruikt. Wellicht kunnen we er een keer een video van maken. Opzich een leuk plan om een meet up op te zetten. Weten alleen niet of we al genoeg mensen kunnen trekken naar de meet up ;P

Calisthenics Family zou zeker vet zijn en inderdaad moet er wat aanhang zijn, die dipping bars zou echt chill zijn want op internet kosten ze al gauw 100 euro voor het minimale

Great to hear! Yes you can start with learning skills from the beginning! You actually must train both ways. Strength and skills. So don't forget to skip the basics: push ups, pull ups, dips etc ;) For help or programs check out: www.calisthenics-family.com
