For more daily updates, you can follow my Instagram here: instagram.com/fullyrawkristina. Many of you have messaged me and asked if I will be hosting a juice cleanse challenge this year, and the answer is YES, however at the moment I'm doing my best to be sensitive to the current narrative of what's happening in the world. I'm also trying to figure out a way for our challenge to benefit black lives and minorities in my local Texas community. I appreciate your patience. Cash has said he wants to be a part of this challenge with us, so stay tuned. We will be sharing more details soon... love always

You’re such an inspiration!!! My hubby who was diagnosed type 2 diabetic while in the hospital with Covid19 has gone vegan. I’m so excited because we’ve already seen improvement in his A1C since March even though the doctor said diet cannot heal it. And his cholesterol numbers are improving as well. I ordered some sprouts and jars today. IM EXCITED!!!

Hi Rebecca! I'm a type 1diabetic (which, of course is quite different from type 2), but I'd recommend you check out the Mastering Diabetes program/book/podcast: it talks about a plant based diet for type 1 and 2, and has really helped me so much in eating with diabetes and lowering my A1C.

Many are grass fed until they sit at the feedlot the last month or so waiting to be slaughtered. An animal takes grass and processes it into meat within its body is quite a “process”. No thanks!

I think the amazing thing about sprouts is most people never stop to consider that they can take only a few of those seeds from the sprouting seeds and they can use them to plant in their garden. It's amazing then you can actually harvest your own seeds and save them for sprouting seeds.

Im just a beginner, i bought seeds from my local co-op. They said broccoli sprouts 6 hours mung beans 2 hrs. Then it said rinse several times a day and only use 1 tablespoon...which didnt yield me alot of sprouts...i will try it your way ....next time...although i am happy with the way they turned out....

Great presentation 😊so playful and fun! Try Ken Wheeler’s South magnetic field exposure to seeds pretty simple and gives higher yields and quality of aroma texture and flavor.
