You’re such an inspiration!!! My hubby who was diagnosed type 2 diabetic while in the hospital with Covid19 has gone vegan. I’m so excited because we’ve already seen improvement in his A1C since March even though the doctor said diet cannot heal it. And his cholesterol numbers are improving as well. I ordered some sprouts and jars today. IM EXCITED!!!

Hi Rebecca! I'm a type 1diabetic (which, of course is quite different from type 2), but I'd recommend you check out the Mastering Diabetes program/book/podcast: it talks about a plant based diet for type 1 and 2, and has really helped me so much in eating with diabetes and lowering my A1C.

I also sprout them in the kitchen and prevent them from getting direct sunlight. What have you tried so far?
