How many repeat all 5+5 exercises after a 2 minute rest? 2-3 rounds?

What a nice deep squad! Got to like that. Do you know any KB exercises for a quick first step and explosiveness of one leg -for basketball or football player?

People had questions, there where no answers from Funk Roberts. So why put up a video if you are not going to adress the questions. If there are questions, it's clear your video had some lack of information.
