Good comments. Extremely right and very very important. Omega 6 too much will cause inflammations. This is the main cause of cv disease such as stroke and hearth attack.
Misinformation: All types of oil are good or bad, and their quality is determined by how they are extracted-cold pressed or hydrogenated. As such, the "expert" never mentioned the Omega-3 and Omega-6 ratios of the oils. Hence, this episode is more misleading than it should be.

All types of oil have pros and cons, which is what we elaborated. We never mention any information regarding Omega-6. Hence, it’s your comments which are misleading more than it should be.

I have been using only beef and pork fat for more than 2 years, no more using hight omega 6 veg oil

if your cholesterol is highest than 6 do your blood test for APO A and APO B then if necessary do your CAC score if the result is good you may no longer need to take a cholesterol tablet(just my personal experience ) sugar and carbohydrates are very bad for our body try to take lest as possible pls every one thanks
